AR Blue Clean AR390SS Best 2000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer

I was looking for a 2000 psi electric pressure washer to clean my cars with enough power to use a foam cannon but not to powerful as to do damage painted surfaces. I purchased AR Blue Clean AR390SS based on the reviews and after using it performs as expected and is perfect for my needs. Besides it helps me cleaned my deck with no problem & didn’t even use a cleaner which was great it getting all the mildew off. Cleaned all the concrete off with no problem at all.

If you are on the lookout for the perfect outdoor cleaning equipment, this is one product that you might want to consider. It is a highly-rated model, which can already provide you with the assurance that it will deliver exceptional performance.

For those who are concerned about how their actions impact the environment, this will also be a good investment. It helps to conserve water and energy while making your life easier in more ways than one.

It is also worth pointing out that it is packaged with four quick-connect nozzles. You can choose which nozzle is appropriate for a specific task. The good news is that minimal effort is required when you have to change the nozzles.

There is also a 48-ounce detergent tank onboard the unit. It has a 35-foot high-pressure hose. However, some did not like how the hose is made from rubber. The power cord is also 35 feet, which will provide you with the freedom to move, even far from the supply of power.

To provide you with peace of mind, the manufacturer is offering a one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, which is pretty much the standard within the product category.

Pros:
  • Lightweight and portable
  • Easy to use even for beginners
  • Comes with a variety of useful tools
Cons:
  • Rubber hose is flimsy
  • Assembly instructions are vague

Stanley SHP2150 2150 PSI Powerful Pressure Washer

Although not as popular as the products that have been mentioned above, this is another superior choice that should definitely be part of your list. Some of its applications include cleaning cars, trucks, sidewalks, driveways, and animal cages, among others.

One thing that you will love about this product is the fact that it has leak-proof connections. Even through the years, you can be confident that it will not be prone to leaking. One reason for this is the use of professional-grade brass for connections.

There are also different accessories that are included, which is one way to justify the high price of the product. There are three quick connect nozzles, as well as a spray gun. Regardless of the intended cleaning application, there is a nozzle that will be perfect for the job.

Need another reason to be convinced that this will be an excellent pick? You will be happy to know that the manufacturer is offering a two-year limited warranty, which is enough to provide you with peace of mind.

Pros:
  • Good length of the hose and power cord
  • Excellent build quality
  • High-quality accessories
Cons:
  • Hose can sometimes be difficult to wind
  • Quite expensive

Karcher K2000 Electric Power Pressure Washer 2000 PSI under $300

This product delivers high-end cleaning performance. It produces 2000 PSI of TruPressure, providing you with the assurance that it can easily blast most of the stains and dirt at home. Complemented with a rugged induction motor, this is an impressive choice.

Looking at its features, one thing that makes this impressive is the fact that it comes with dual detergent tanks. Each detergent tank has a capacity of .5 gallon. There is a selector knob, which will make it easy to choose which detergent is best to be used for a specific cleaning task.

The pressurized hose reel is also great. It has a length of 25 feet. The thermoplastic hose is easy to use and remains stiff. The material that is used in the hose is also durable.

To make your job easier, there is a large bin for storage. This will provide you with easy access to the tools that you will need when you are cleaning.

There are also many features that make it user-friendly. One of the best is the on/off switch, which you can easily activate using your foot. This reduces back pain that results from bending over if you need to switch it on or off.

Pros:
  • Installation is easy right out of its box
  • Lightweight construction
  • Operates without making a loud noise
Cons:
  • Hose can be prone to leaking
  • Not as durable as higher-end models

Briggs & Stratton 020681 2000Psi 1.2Gpm Electric Pressure Washer

Aside from being made by a reputable company, another good reason to choose this electric pressure washer is POWERflow+ technology. This is an innovative feature that allows the unit to tackle even tough dirt on the surface.

While most models have nozzles that can be changed based on the intended function, this product has a 7-in-1 nozzle. Meaning, there is no more need to have it changed. You just have to click it and the nozzle will change its spray.

The brushless induction motor that you can find in this unit is also a plus. It is not only durable, but it is also quiet. Your neighbors will not have to complain about noise when you are cleaning.

Lastly, you will also love the foldable design of the unit. This makes it portable if you do cleaning tasks in different locations. Also, this is space-efficient when it is kept in the storage room. The handle is also covered, which will make it more comfortable to grip.

Pros:
  • Easy to operate
  • Has an all-in-one nozzle
  • Quiet induction motor
Cons:
  • Limited power
  • Some may find it overpriced

Power House International The Force 2000 Electric Pressure Washer

One of the many things that you will love about this product is its versatility, which can be attributed to the multiple accessories that are included. Aside from the multifunction nozzle, it also comes with turbo nozzle, adjustable soap dispenser, and spinning patio cleaner.

Aside from being interchangeable, the design of the nozzle is also great. There is an easy-to-reach tab on the side, which you just have to press to activate.

Feature-wise, the pressure washer has Total Stop System. With the latter, the motor turns off automatically once you let go of the trigger. This is beneficial in terms of increasing the longevity of the motor and its components.

To add, it is also a good thing that there is a thermal sensor that is found in the motor. This helps in the prevention of overheating. The motor will automatically turn off once it is already too hot, which is good for your safety.

Pros:
  • Has a complete set of attachments
  • Comes with a foam sprayer
  • Long power cord
Cons:
  • May have difficulty standing upright
  • Location of the reel is a bit off

The power washer took care of all the household needs. Overall, this is an excellent choice for the homeowner and do-it-yourselfer.

Great and easy to use! Comes with everything you need in a compact and easy to store unit. Nice feature is the scrubber bristle brush, excellent for concrete sidewalks, driveways, and decks. It took off years of dirt on my sidewalk within minutes. The multifunction nozzle worked on the hard to get off stains. I love the fact that when you let go of the trigger the motor stops. I highly recommend this washer.

Thanks for this. I was going to buy a more powerful electric 2000W-2200psi pressure washer last week (30/6/18), but held it until I found some genuine informations about how good the Ryobi washer is, because of the expensive $699 Karcher K5 and, in comparison I don’t know which one is better. Although 2200psi is plenty, not only to wash my car, get rid of lichen on the roof tiles, but also occasionally or once every 3 years I want to clean my home bricks from acid rain and caked mud, and mold on the driveway, etc. Can you tell me the difference before I buy a Ryobi? I can’t afford a Karcher for the same pressure as I am not a tradesman doing this every week but maybe wash the car when necessary. Thanks.

I purchased Ryobi 2,000 psi 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer to remove mold and mildew from my house. I needed it to work on vinyl, brick, and aluminum and wasn’t interested in a gas powered unit since I only plan on using it a couple times a year. This is a great product and worked flawlessly. I would recommend to friends. Super simple to assemble, very easy to operate. The low GPM flow is both good and bad, good in that you won’t use a lot of water, but bad because it does take some time to cover a big area. Ultimately with my infrequent use I find it perfectly acceptable compromise.

      Karcher vs. Ryobi pressure washer.

Once buyers have an understanding of the various components that pressure washers are made from, and the different strengths available, they can start to focus on picking a specific brand. Karcher and Ryobi are two of the more popular manufactures of pressure washer.

      · Karcher are a German manufacture of cleaning devices, and are known for their commercial and industrial pressure washers. Karcher pressure washers are generally more expensive, but many reviews online suggest that these machines are prone to faults and breaking down. Because of this, it is advised that if a buyer is interested in purchasing a Karcher pressure washer then they should first research into the specific model they want, and see what other people say about their experiences. The benefit of using a Karcher washer is these come with multiple features and are very suitable for use at home to clean larger objects.

      · Ryobi are a Japanese company who produce a variety of products and do not focus on cleaning devices solely. Because of this, some people believe that Ryobi produce inferior pressure washers, but this is not the case. Although Ryobi pressure washers do not have the same functions or features as Karcher products, they tend to be better made and last for a longer time.

Buyers trying to choose between Karcher or Ryobi pressure washers should examine what it is they will use the washer to clean. If they need a powerful pressure washer for industrial use then they should purchase a Karcher model, but if the washer will be used at home and for commercial use then they are advised to buy a Ryobi product.

Overall Ryobi 2000 PSI 1.2 GPM is best electric pressure washer under 200. The washer is relatively light weight and can therefore be easily stored away in the basement when not in use. The pressure is sufficient for cars and alike and with the turbo nozzle as well for driveways. The hose reel is for storage only! the hose has to be taken off the reel to use the washer – that could be solved more conveniently. Storage for additional nozzles would have been nice. Overall a 4 star rating. But my favorite choice is still Karcher K5 Premium Electric Power Washer

I am looking at 2 pressure washers that are $100 difference in price. One is 2700 PSI running and the other is 2000 PSI running. For the purpose of cleaning my garage and concrete driveway, would I notice much difference if I went with the 2000 PSI one?

What kind of pressure washer should you rent or buy to clean your concrete garage floor?

For an unpainted, concrete floor, a gas-powered pressure washer with a rating of 3,000 PSI and 3 GPM or more will get the job done as clean garage floor or concrete driveway. Buying a pressure washer can range from $200 to $500.

After the degreaser has had time to do its job, it’s now time for the fun to begin. Hook up the garden hose to the pressure washer per the user manual directions. Select the 15-degree spray nozzle. If the floor isn’t too dirty, you can use the 25-degree spray nozzle. 25 degrees will cover a larger area but will have less pressure. You may need to experiment with different nozzles to see which works best for removing dirt.

Karcher electric pressure waher would be my obvious choice. They are speciallized on electric pressure washers and in fact invented the portable pressure washer. They have both consumer and professional grade pressure washers. For the longevity that I would call BIFL I would personally go for a professional grade pressure washer. All their products i have had, have not dissapointed and have been very long lasting for me. I have multiple friends with their first generation of portable pressure washers (from the 80s) still running and i think no one would trade it in for another one.

One of the benefits to electric pressure waher is I can leave it in the shed for 9 months, pull it out, plug it in, and start washing. Depends on how often you use it but I feel like electric requires much less maintenance.

Personally I have a Ryobi 2800psi 2.7gm and I think that i use for dual purposes. Perfectly paint safe with angled nozzles, just need to use your common sense and not get it to close to the paintwork. But I have also used it for cleaning siding, driveways and other cement / concrete comma and other General Uses. Works perfectly for me for cars, can sometimes be a little weak for other utility purposes but is a good middle ground if you only want one unit.

I use the AR390SS with the chemical guys foam gun and their honeydew snow foam. Works like a champ, very thick foam and good consistent pressure. Probably more heavy duty than you would need for just a car wash solution, but I use it around the house for other projects where the extra power helps out. Everything bolts right up, no messing with fittings. I just set it to about 1500psi, fill up the bottle with about a 1/2-2/3’s inch of the honeydew soap and the rest with hot water, mix it up and go. Set the foam gun to “full soap” on the top adjuster and it spews delicious, heavy, thick foam. Easy mode.

If you have a smaller budget or plan to use your washer only once or twice a year, I like the Sun Joe SPX3000 Electric Pressure Washer. For about $100 less than the Ryobi RY142300, it cleans about the same, but like most under-$200 models it has a shorter hose, a lower-quality motor, smaller wheels, a shorter warranty, and a design that’s easier to tip over. Compared with the other budget models we tried, it has a wider selection of spray tips; it also offers a durable metal spray wand, plus convenient hose and cord storage similar to that of the RY142300.

These days I consider electric and gas pressure washer two different beasts. I have a compact Ryobi pressure washer for the easy jobs, and a gas powered 3200PSI for deep driveway cleaning or similar. I certainly haven’t regretted having two models since. Especially considering how all the hoses and accessories are inter-compatible.

I use the SunJoe electric pressure washer unit with a foam cannon, works great.
I like the SunJoe for several reasons:
-Purchased at amazon, so if it breaks, I can exchange for a new one.
-You can use 2 different cleaning solutions in the bottles, and the dial lets you adjust the mix between solutions.
-Comes with a good section of nozzles
-Plenty of power for washing cars, cleaning concrete, other stuff around the house.

If I was detailing professionally, I would probably get a more powerful gas unit. But for a home or part-time detailer, either of those units will be good.

Just bought a sun joe spx3000 and returned it for an spx1000. For purposes of washing a car, the spx1000 does the job and is defintely powerful enough. I can’t imagine needing something more powerful really, but maybe that’s just me. It worked great with the foam cannon.

I just bought a Craftsman Pressure Washer. It says to use high-quality detergent oils if classified SF–SJ or higher— SAE 30 or 10W30. Does this mean I can use any brand car oil that has those weights or does this mean I still need to use 2 cycle oil?

I am looking to buy a pressure washer for cleaning my driveway, house exterior, patio, and etc. (maybe even cars time to time). I am not interested in going commercial at this point. My budget for a pressure washer is around $500, and it can be adjusted if needed for a better unit. I am hoping to buy a unit that can be rebuilt as well.

I have looked at a few and searched for a good unit around my budget and found one. It is a Simpson PS3228-S, which has a Honda GX200 and a triplex pump and is rated at 3200 psi & 2.8 gpm. I have not seen any posts here discussing this particular washer, so I am somewhat hesitant to pull the trigger. What do you think of this unit? Or maybe there is a better unit for my needs?

If you’re on a truly tight budget, you can still get a great light-duty pressure washer like the Greenworks GPW 1501. It offers 1,500 PSI and delivers 1.2 gallons of water per minute, and is best for tasks like cleaning up grimy outdoor furniture, a dirty car or a stained patio. It’s powered by a 13-amp universal motor.

At its sub-$100 base price, this Greenworks comes with two quick-connect high-pressure nozzles, a 20-foot high-pressure hose, a soap applicator and a 35-foot power cord. Also available in the bundle for a higher price are a high-pressure soap applicator, surface cleaner and turbo nozzle. Owners say this little pressure washer delivers respectable performance for the price, and they love not having to deal with the noise and maintenance on a gas motor. However, some say they still need a little more power. Others complain of durability issues like inconsistent pressure and malfunctioning motors.

I have a big gasoline powered Rigid but I use this small Ryobi 2000 psi pressure washer for small jobs at work cleaning cooling towers and such. I am not a fan of Ryobi products but it hasn’t given me any problems in the year I’ve used it. And has the quick connect output on wand. The turbo nozzle works great but don’t use it on the boat, it will remove material.

I have a 3100 psi pressure washer and it works great… the washer gun has the option of different water spray patterns… it wont hurt the car as long as you dont spray too close… and it really helps wash my driveway and the outside of my house… money well spent!

Normal car grime does not need much pressure to get blasted off.

People who have not used a pressure washer before should note that the cleaning power (and potential for damage) depends a lot on the type of spray nozzle being used, and the distance and angle from the surface to be cleaned. A nozzle that puts out a narrow spray will have the most force since the energy all goes into a small spot. A wide angle nozzle has less force since the energy is spread out. There is less force when the spray is directed at an angle. There is less force when the nozzle is held a longer distance from the surface.

I use a 3000 psi gas washer on my car and use the lowest power (widest angle) nozzle at about 1 foot and angle about 45 degrees. I stay away from the glass (not worth the risk, just use a cloth and soapy water). I am careful around the front grill because the radiator is thin aluminum.

I’m in the market for a power washer to clean the vinyl siding on my house. I have a cheapo electric model 1300 psi, that works fine on my wooden deck, and on the siding I can reach. However, the sides of my house are about 30 feet high from ground level, and it can’t reach that high. So I’m wondering what is the minimum power level I need to throw cleaning solution (and rinse) to that height. Since I’ll use it only 2-3 times a year I don’t want to sink a lot of money into it, but I still need something that will get the job done.

Will a higher-end electric model (e.g., 2000 psi) meet my needs, or is gas the only option for me? Any thoughts on the minimum psi I need?
